6 x 25 Extra Improved Plow Steel Right Regular Lay Independent Wire Rope Center (EIP RRL IWRC) and 6 x 25 Fiber Core wire rope are the most widley used ropes and are found in many variations thoughout most industries. With their good combination of flexiblility and wear-resistance, rope in this class can be suited to the specific needs of diverse kinds of machinery and equipment.

6X37 EIP RRL IWRC
6 x 37 Extra Improved Plow Steel Right Regular Lay Independent Wire Rope Center (EIP RRL IWRC) offers greater flexibility because of the greater number of wires in its construction. However, its resistance to abrasion is less than the 6 x 25 class.The 6 x 37 construction is normally found in ropes of larger diameters or in situations where small sheave or drum diameters exist.
