6X19 classification

The 6X19 classification of wire ropes is known for its good fatigue resistance and ability to withstand abrasion or crushing on a drum.

6 x 19S (Seale) - This type of rope is effective in resisting abrasion or crushing on a drum, but its fatigue resistance is somewhat reduced.

6 x 25FW (Filler Wire) - For most wire rope users, 6 x 19 typically refers to the 6 x 25 filler wire, which is a commonly used rope in this classification.

6 x 26WS (Warrington Seale) - The standard 6 x 26WS design offers the best performance for a variety of applications. Generally, we recommend using a 6 x 26WS rope in any scenario where a 6 x 25FW is used.
