Our Founders
The National Industrial Supply Company (NIS) was founded in 1981 by Chuck Brett and Donald Caraccio. The vision and drive of Brett, combined with the partnership with Caraccio, laid a robust foundation for what NIS has become today. Although Caraccio passed away in the late 1980s, the company continued to grow under Brett’s leadership.

Our Legacy
A decade after its inception, Chuck Brett began phasing himself out of the day-to-day operations and handed over the reins to his three children, who are the current owners and leaders of the company. Kathy Harper, serving as the President, oversees the daily business activities, Kevin Brett, the Vice-President of Operations, ensures that the operations run smoothly, and Mary Brett, the General Manager, manages the overall functionality of the company.
